Quickbase - Litmos Integration

I wanted to ask if anyone has developed an integration with Litmos LMS.  I would like to export from QuickBase to Litmos  a daily CSV file and automatically have it loaded into Litmos.  Thanks for the feedback.  Ive been unsuccessful in finding an elegant solutions.  Thanks all.
