rearrange app menu

Yep, just go into Settings for the application, then Tables, and you will see a list of tables.  Then just drag 'n drop them puppies as you like.

Are you talking about the horizontal blue tabs?  When you close each tab, they will drop off that horizontal tab list, right?  Did you close some tabs?

How about rearranging the menu bar for the apps?

I'm not sure what you mean but I will answer anyways.

The sequence of the blue tabs horizontally for the open apps is that the newest one open is first, and the rest sequence by date opened.  if you close an app and then reopen it, it will be first.

The Sequence of the app on the My Apps page can be sorted by Date Last Accessed, newest first..  That is what people tend to find more useful, 

Mine do not change. I opened an app, made a change, closed QB, reopened and the blue tabs remained in the same position. Regardless of what I open or close the blue tabs never change position.

Then close all your tabs and re-open the apps in the reverse order that you want them to appear. across the top.  The most recently opened tab will be first.
