Refresh Dashboard Method Not Working

I'm having a problem with a dashboard not refreshing after using a QuickBase Action to create a new record.  Sounds like there is a known problem with QB not automatically refreshing the related report after creating the new record.  A manual refresh is now necessary.

After creating the user defined page with the described script, and placing the web page widget at the bottom of the dashboard page, I see the QB page showing the name of the file and the related script, but the dashboard does not refresh. 

I've tried different scripts, no luck.  Does my problem relate to my seeing the user defined page in it's entirety??  Based upon the descriptions, I was under the impression there would be no visible manifestation of the web page widget on the dashboard.

Any ideas?
