There is a request from one of our business to create an invoice report/letter in the similar format we use to bill/invoice in to any customer/business after selling the product or providing the services. You must have seen some of the invoice formats.. Couple of asks - Is there a way we can create invoice format using quick base? If not, I think we can try to achieve this by creating a dashboard having table report on top then certain text below and then another table report and son on as needed, and generate a pdf out of entire dashboard to attach it in the email subscription. Now this raises another question whether it?s possible to transform a dashboard in a PDF format and if it could be attached to a subscription. Need to create subscription on yearly basis and that should be based on certain dates, can it be achieved?

  I believe the cost is about $40 per month for the whole app. It can be used by all users in the app. Also you will need to give the Juiced userid access to the app, so that will cost one license.

  Just want to clear up 1 thing Mark mentioned...our add-ons support user tokens so you do not need to have our id in your app any longer. So that additional user cost is not required to use our add-ons.
  
  If you do the add-on setup yourself all you need is a user token.

  If you want us to do the setup then you can invite our id into the app but only for the setup process. Once setup is complete our user id can be removed from the app.

Thanks all for your input on this ..Seems at the end the exact form could be looked at another formula URL field in a table where if we click on that it generates the information in new window per our specified template..

Can we generate the exact form in the PDF format and attach it in a notification or create subscription where exact form can be used as an attachment in a PDF form?

Quick Base cannot natively generate a PDF nor can it natively email and attachment. the Juiced EF+ product can create the PDF and they have a product called Courier which can email the attachment.

  Thanks Mark.. Any idea if that can be scheduled on Weekly, Monthly or Annual basis and on that schedule an automatic email goes to required recipients having the PDF (generated from exact form based on QB data) as an attachment

  You should engage directly with Juiced. All of that is possible, it's just a question of the one time set up cost and the ongoing monthly cost for you to approve.
