Report Emails - Setting Time

I have two reports I receive as a user, which normally come between 4 and 5 AM on Mondays ad Wednesdays, and almost always wake me up.  I have searched and seen this asked before, but no solution yet.  Is there a way, or could one be created to allow a specific time to send out reports?  Or even a time window (8:00-12:00; 12:00-4:00; 4:00-8:00, etc.)?

    There is not a way to schedule the time that your Subscriptions are processed. If you delete the Subscription and recreate the Subscription, you will get a new random sequence to be processed in which may be earlier or later than  the time you have now.
