Report Filters for Related Fields in Grid Edit Mode

Am I misremembering, or is there operator error... I have a related field that when displayed and selected, it uses a filtered report. I'm using an editable report link, and then overriding the rep...

Either I am a master of finding new bugs, or I am simply overlooking my error. I'll get with customer support.

    I'm discovering that a number of the 'issues' I discover is due to cross app relationships. However, this one is not cross app, so we will see what I uncover this time. I'm crossing my fingers it's just something silly I am completely overlooking.

      FYI - Confirmed by customer support as an active bug. Bummer, now I need a work around. Looks like it's time to get extra complicated and fancy with conditional dropdowns....seeing as those still work on grid edit...
