Rich Text Formula Help

Question

I'm trying to duplicate a field then manipulate it for another field that is basically the same. I keep getting an error that the field I'm using in my formula isn't valid, but it is used already in the formula so it obviously is a field. Here are the formulas (the Link:Final Report field is the original that I'm duplicating):

The yellow highlight is a Numeric summary field. This is the error.

I suggest that you remove that field from the formula and then re select it with the field select box below. There must be a mis-spelling of the correct field name or an extra space in the name or a trailing space in the field name.

It isn't on that list. I typed it into the second part of the formula then copy and pasted to the first part and that's when it gives me the error.
