Roles (Grid Edit) - Locked because ""All Tables"" is Checked

Does any one know what this means? I am trying to give some one "grid edit" option to a report and it is not allowing me. I am the admin to this app. Some of these functionality is locked and it says "Locked because "All Tables" is Checked" when you hover your mouse over it.

    It's because "All Tables" is checked--you need to uncheck that before you can update the settings for the individual tables:
