SandBox Question

Question about how the Sandbox works:

If I am working in the Sandbox, and while I am doing that my users are entering data into the live app, then I publish my Sandbox, does it keep their data?

    Yes, that is the whole point of the Sandbox, you get to play with data in the sandbox and the the changes you have made to the app structure are published, but it will retain the existing live data.
