Save as Spreadsheet option Missing

Occasionally (rarely) I will try to save as spreadsheet, and the option simply won't be there. It's not a common occurrence, and if I refresh or start fresh it seems to be fine. I have not figured out what sequence of events I do to cause this to happen. Does anyone know what causes this?

    I have the same issue with Import/Export disappearing on a Table.   I have never figured it out.

      Don,

      Import / Export on a Table only appears when you are on the Table Home page, not on a report.  Also, it will not appear on a Table Home Page if the Table Home page is not a Table report, for example if it's a Summary Report.

      I recently noticed that the Import Export menu is always also on the field list screen.
