Select Distinct in Report

I'm trying to run a report based on a time period, but only have one occurance of an ID field.

Basically, I'm trying to figure out how to do the SQL version of Select Distinct on a report, and export it into CSV.

    No problem,
    Make a Summary report  and group the rows by that field and then use the More ... button to export to CSV or to another table.
