Select Multiple Users in a User Field

Question

I have user field in a table that dictates permissions across other tables. After some personnel shakeups it'd be a lot easier if I could let that field have multiple users in it but I am not sure how to do this. Anyone got any advice?

There is a field type called List User.&nbsp; It will let you select multiple users. I believe you can convert a user field to a list user field and the date it will be preserved.
