Send Multiple Notifications at one time

Question

I am trying to trigger multiple notifications at the same time.&nbsp; There are several groups that may or may not need to be notified when a record is added or modified.&nbsp; I have the notifications created for each group and all are set to trigger based on fields that are unique to that group.&nbsp; For example, if the record has a check box checked for a group and a certain status, then trigger the notification.&nbsp; At the moment this only seems to send out notifications for the first notification that meets the trigger criteria and nothing is sent to the other groups.&nbsp;&nbsp;

It is definitely possible to trigger multiple notifications at a time as each notification operates completely independently of the others.

One common pothole to trip into is that if you copy a notification in order to make one that is similar I believe that the copy defaults to being disabled. The green check box gets faded out.

So been there, done that, bought, the T-shirt and now scarred for life. You can try to debug that notification forever but until you remember to turn it on it is not going to fire.

I can confirm that if you copy a notification, it defaults to being disabled and the green check box begin faded out. I know this because of the hours I spent 2 days ago, checking and rechecking every setting in the notification, banging my head against the wall incredulous it wasn't working. Just before contacting customer support, I noticed that I should probably turn it on.

Like Mark said, scarred for life lol.
