Sending Reminder to Specific user in a field by creating Reminder

Question

I am willing to create one reminder and reminder should go to an user in a specific field. However i am not getting any option "The user listed in the field name" to select a filed.

Can anyone guide me regarding this?

Do you have a field of type of User or is this just a field with an email in it?&nbsp; It needs to be a User or List User field type.

Actually its an email id filed lookup from another table. Now got it. Will check.
