Show Report Description on Report (before user completes)

I have an <ask_the_user> Report with 6 asks.

I have 3 questions really.

1. I would like to show the report description before the user fills in the asks.  Ideally to give some instructions or information.  Currently the description doesn't show until the report is made.

2. I would also like to get rid of the "is equal to" and "Contains" text

3. Additionally I would like to have more control of the wording of the fields as they can vary.

    You would most likely have to build a custom user interface to then query QuickBase.  

    Is there a reason you don't want to load the report, then use the dynamic filters per your instructions to find what you (or the user) is looking for?

    Firstly I want to be able to do the report in 4 languages.
    Also formatting the the ask used fields horizontally instead of vertically would be a bonus.
    Im sure this needs javascript which is out of my league and someone who was going to do it has disappeared.

    For the .js code you will want to contact your development company of choice.  I'd estimate, just making this custom UI for a report query should be less than 4 hours.  Depending on how dynamic you want the UI to be.
