Show Report Link Only if Records Exist

I have several report links on a form which prints as a proposal document for customers. 

I need report links to print only if they display records (not if they are blank and display the message "no records found"). 

Can I use a formula/form rule to achieve this?

QBase does not recognise report links as "blank" -- meaning my formula "print if not blank" does not work.
