Stacked bar chart with % of Total

Is there a way to show a stacked bar chart with the percentages of each grouping for each series? I'd prefer to show this as a my Y-Value for the Data versus just a numerical value.; similar to how a summary report represents data but on a stacked bar chart.

    The workaround for this is to just show data labels as always visible with the % of the series but I'd like to have my Y axis represent this value.
