Status bars

Trying to make a status bar that updates as a task is completed. Attached is an example of what i'm trying to accomplish, if you can help that would be great.

    Do you mean that those empty circles would turn,  for example green?

      Yes, once a job/task is finished the circles would turn green.

        I suggest that  you download the app from the exchange called Magic Buttons by Kirk Trachy. 

         I am sorry but I'm just on an iPad now and cannot easily copy and paste from that app but there is a field called [red point option] which has a formula for a status bar which changes colors as the percent completed for a project advances from 0% to 100%.
