Summary Report Filters

I am having difficulty on a Summary Report and multiple filters.
I get exactly what I want when selecting the Status




But when I add in the secondary layer of filters to get to the ROM's & Status I want..

It returns the following... I am clueless why this is happening

    Mark the second set of filters is to get down to the ROM. Basically I want to filter by the status of the project (1) and then by the ROM name (2).

    Mark... I do not remember having to break down the filters this way, but finally figured it out
    I had to keep segregating the parameters away from each other

      Yes, thank you. But it does lead to another question, if I may. On the last screen shot; it is stating where the Start Date is during the next 1 week. I am okay with this one.
      But what if I wanted the Start Date to be 2 Weeks? Don't want week 1 & 2 together. (is what during the next 2 week(s) gives me)
      Example: 1 Week is 8/13/2018 and Week 2 would be 8/20/2018

      if you want to include the week after next week, but not next week, then you use the two filters

      date is during the next 2 weeks
      date is not during the next 1 week.
