Summary Reports: Showing the name of the previous month on a summary report

I am relatively new to QuickBase. I have a summary report that totals the number of referrals that my agency has received from community partners for the PREVIOUS Month.  The report is functioning just fine, but I would like to somehow have a label on the report that says the "name" of the previous month. For example, I ran my report today, April 3, 2017 and all of my March 2017 referrals were displayed.  I would like the report to "say" March 2017 on it. I want to export this as jpeg to agency leadership.  Is there a simple way to do this?

The 'Name' of the report is always set.  If you wanted to save it as a jpeg, I'd suggest temporarily changing the report name from "Previous Month" to "March 2017".

If you don't have access to do that, leave the default title, and when you save the jpeg, change the file name to "March 2017".

    Just some ideas.
