Summery field based on summaries from other columns (Weighted Average)

When I tried to color code my % Score base on IF statement I found that it is only possible with Text type of column (not worked for numbers). After this conversion to Text I do not receive %summary on the bottom of the column.

I have 2 columns in the reports:
# of initiatives
# off-track
Formula which I use to create %Score:
1 - (# off-track/# of initiatives)

Even if I would try to make Average of %Score it would probably not create Weighted Average
how to create summary field which would show me weighted average as in Excel.

    I solve it using another table to summarize field per Week Nr.
    It is a pity that there are such limitations.
    What about creating functionality which allow to do such weighted average or other top-line summaries.

    Moreover, it would be nice to implement column color-coding base on score (numeric).
