Support Needed for QB - PowerBI

Hello everyone,

We are looking for some assistance with some PowerBI reports that are linked to QB. We already have the channel working and have some reports that were created by a developer who is no longer with the company. The issue is that these reports no longer seem to be updating and we are having some difficulty understanding why. 

If you have any recommendations, that would be greatly appreciated. Of course, we are willing to bring in a consultant for an hour to help us with this issue as well.
