Tried that and then I get an error on the second [Send Letter]. If I remove it, it doesn't work when tested.

But what field type is this. It must be a rich text field, but if the condition is true, then you have a result being Boolean? So that makes no sense. What do you want the result to be if [Send Letter] is true?

------------------------------This is a formula-rich text field to get a different field to turn red if it isn't checked. It will work on the formula field when it's on a form, but it won't work in the Send Letter field anywhere. I have a table on the dashboard that has the checkbox field on it and I want that field to turn red if false. I followed the directions word for word on a Quickbase article about it and it's not working.
It would just be normal if true.
