Testing user roles and access

When setting up and testing user roles, is it better to test as the role or as a user.

In this instance I have five roles setup, but also have multiple users assigned to the role or location. I seem to notice that when I test as the role, I see no data but when I test as a single user reports are populated. Is this an access setup issue or just a quirk in QuickBase.

I suggest testing as User as that will give the best representation of the real user experience. &nbsp;If the "role" has no results, it can be because the permissions are set, for example like where the user is the [Record Owner] or the user is the Project Manager.
