Text Element & Dynamic Form Rules

Hello,

On a form, I have a text element with a hyperlink (using HTML Limited option) that opens up a new email for the user. Field A is a multiple choice field with Yes/No option, when 'Yes' is selected Field B appears and requires the user to select an option.  Is there a way to tie this text element to Field B so that it only shows on the form when Field A is equal to 'Yes'?

    You should replicate that code in a Formula Rich Text formula field and then you will be able to control its appearance by form rules.
