- EvanMartinezQuickbase StaffHi Hakz,
Unfortunately, the two form rules you have included in the image are a little too grainy and small for me to make out. Can you summarize what the two rules say? Typically when this happens with a Multi select text field as the trigger of a form rule it has to do with the exact nature of the inputs and the rules. Alternatively, if you would like someone to go into your application with you and take a look at those settings live together you can always submit a support case to our Care team who will be back in office on Monday morning. - ANS_AdminQrew TraineeJust click the image it should be fine. I gonna say the rules anyways just in case.
The First Rule is "When 'Assistance' is equal to the values 'ESB Remitted' show 'Amount (ESB)' and The Second Rule "When 'Assistance' is equal to the values '2 Selected (Which is Assistance Given and ESB Remitted)' show 'Assistance Given' and show 'Amount (ESB)'. - ANS_AdminQrew TraineeOh, I just found the solution all I have to do is use "includes" not "is equal to". Basically, the second rule is unnecessary lol.
- EvanMartinezQuickbase StaffHI Hakz,
That is a issue with form rules, if two rules call for something to be hidden at the same time they can overlap and cause the rules not to fire consistently. I'm glad you were able to find a solution.
