Hi, Kristina from the Quickbase Product team here. Thank you for your feedback on the new navigation.
We understand that adapting to change can take time, but we're confident this update will provide a smoother and more efficient experience for you. We’ve ensured full parity with the legacy navigation, so all functionality remains intact. The new layout is designed to make it easier to find what you need, jump between apps and tables, and navigate faster overall.
If you're finding that this experience currently falls short, we would love to connect with you so that we can better understand why. Please DM me and we can chat! Also ben_simon and Maria are here to listen to you as well!

Hi KrisiShumakova , thank you for this response from the Product Team. I understand there will be a ton of mixed feedback on the new layout, but it's not accurate to state that it is faster to jump between apps. On the old layout, the apps I wanted were on the top (one click away). It's not the same on the new layout. The apps change position since it's just a "recent" app list so it takes me a while to scroll down the list to find the app I want. Maybe if we could pin apps it would help, but at this time it is not faster. I know a few added seconds to find something doesn't seem like a lot, but if you're adding this up amongst an entire company it's a lot of wasted time.

I like the idea of being able to pin apps. That's cool.

It is 10x worse than it was. Just default it back to the "old version" and leave it there. Everyone hates the "new version". (See comments here for literal proof)

Agreed, as the QB Admin for my company and hearing back from a few users, it's more difficult navigating with the "new style" than with the way it has been.

KrisiShumakovaI'm unsure how you can be confident that the update is provided a "more efficient experience" while majority of the comments here are negative about the change.
I heard today that there will be a push to the new layout in January or so; instead of pushing out the change to ALL users, the current option to utilize the current layout/view should be kept.
In order to be customer-user friendly, you need to have options and not think that "one size fits all"; because it really doesn't.
