Then make a formula button to update say a date time field to the current date time and trigger an Open email Notification and refresh the report. So some one will just mindlessly click until that days records are all off the report. Or else contact me directly to set up a script which will allow you click just once.
Or like Laura says, get Juiced to fully Automate.

Fully automatic is the way to go. I don't want to rely on a person to do this, otherwise I'd just have the salesperson do it themselves. I was hoping there would be an easier way without additional cost.

The monthly fee for QBCourier for the first application is $40. It really is very low for the feature-rich capabilities you get with QBCourier. You can leverage the same tool for other customized email notifications that could be used for customers in your application.
In your case, you would build reports to determine which customers on a daily-schedule will receive an email; and build a configuration to send your desired email to anyone in that list each day. In my case, I used formulas to determine the "day" of the month; to trigger emails only on specific days of the month, even though the configuration is set to run daily.
Keith Jusas at Juiced Technologies can help you get started; plus with the 30-day trial you can make sure it is everything you need it to be first.

Well, you still have my two other suggestions. One is free and the other will take an hour of consulting time from me.
