Trying to re-access the certification exam-just get a rotating circle icon

If you are running into this error with University still I would suggest submitting a support case to our Care Team. This way they can help you get to the bottom of what is going on and we can make sure you are able to access your certification exam. You can create a new case in Quick Base if you click Help > Manage Support Cases > + New Support Case
