Trying to show the field that changed in a notification

I have set up notifications (single record) to send when one of the field data changes.  How do I show which field changed?  Also, [Last modified by] is not showing in the email.  This is my message:


[JOB NUMBER] - [Project Name]
PROJECTED START DATE - [Projected Start Date]
LH VERIFIED - [LH Verified]

***START NOTE - [START NOTE]
*****PAYROLL NOTE - [PAYROLL NOTE]

BOARD COUNT PER WO - [BOARD COUNT PER WO]
ONE COLOR - [(1) Color]
TWO COLOR - [(2) Color]

WALL COLOR - [Wall Color]
CEILING COLOR - [Ceiling Color]

FRONT DOOR COLOR - [FRONT DOOR COLOR.]
EXT TRIM COLOR - [EXT TRIM COLOR.]
EXT SIDING COLOR - [EXT SIDING COLOR.]
EXT SHAKE/BOARD & BATTEN COLOR - [EXT SHAKE/BOARD & BATTEN COLOR.]
EXT SHUTTER COLOR - [EXT SHUTTER COLOR.]
MISC COLORS - [MISC COLORS-BE SPECIFIC]

[Last Modified By]

    Which one of the fields change trigger this notification?

    Maybe, you can have that field listed as the first or last field in your notification with the default text next to it (as a prefix or suffix) saying the field changed is: ...

      Any one of the fields can change.  thx
      Last Modified show now...thx

    And, your [Last Modified By] should work. Wonder why? Check the field properties to make sure there are no restrictions.

      If you include a copy of the form the field(s) which changed will be highlighted in red,.

        Thx Mark.  The form has alot of data in it.  I guess I could create a new form with only this info, tho.
