I have a user that is active for 3 apps in my realm but when she logs in she only sees one. I have resent invitations but that didn't work either. Looked at her user access and she has all 3 apps in her profile. Any ideas?
Qrew LegendApps only show if the user has accessed them. Have them do an advanced search or else just send them links to the other 2 apps to click though once.
To Advanced search, click on Apps off the "Waffle Menu" at the top right, and then above the filter box is a link to advanced search . There is a drop down there to show all apps they have access to.
