User Lookup Fields Display in Red - WHY??

Does anyone know why my users listed in my list-user field that is a lookup from another table display in red? Usually the red means the selection is not a valid option, but since this is a lookup fie...

I've only recently noticed this happening for one of my clients. This is not expected behavior and I would suggest submitting a ticket to the Care team. If this is a bug, they'll give you a bug reference and let you know once it's been resolved.
