I see that you're working with Eric from the Support Team. He is actively working this case and is currently attempting to get additional information regarding the SMTP logs. I realize that your ticket has been open for close to a week with no resolution as of yet, but I do see that you have been actively engaged with Support on this nearly every day since it was opened. We appreciate your patience with such a complex issue and I would ask that you continue to work with Eric in Support on it.
