Using QB Connection between two apps, field I need isn't available to select

I have two apps which have a QB connection to update one of them. The tables are "teams"... in my source table, I have an address field which is based on the team leader, but I can't bring that field over through the QB Connection, it's not on the list of fields to add.

How can I accomplish this?

    not tested but I seem to recall that Address fields are not currently supported in Sync.

    But I'm pretty sure that you can Sync across the 6 separate field components, like
    [Address Street 1]
    [Address Street 2] 

    etc

    Then if you want to put them back together in an address block format I can help you if you need a formula for that.
