Using Time of Day Formula to Trigger Automation

Has anyone had success with using a time off day formula to trigger an automation?

I'd like an automation to check a checkbox when the time of day equals 12:45 PM. This checkbox being checked would then trigger a notification email. I played around with scheduled and triggered and couldn't get either to work.

I have a notification that gets sent to clients and I am getting complaints for emailing them at 1:30 AM PST (understandable).

  • Heather,

If you use Triggers from Juiced this can be done with one of the Scheduled Triggers.

I use it all the time with customers and find it to be indispensable and very, very affordable.  I quite literally have hundreds of Triggers for each application.  The business case options are enormous once you can do this.

Here is a screen shot of a configuration page for a Scheduled Trigger.

You can build out fairly sophisticated schedules for when you want it to run.

I suggest reaching out to Keith Jusas for a demo.  KeithJ@juicedtech.com
