Webhook or Pipelines for Transferring files content from 1 table to another

Hi,

I'm trying to find a way to get out of a manual process of downloading, consolidating and uploading file to QB. As you can see the image below, we have a column called File. From Table 1, what we do is download each file and consolidate them into one file which we upload to Table 2. Can you please suggest ways to make this easier? Still starting with Webhook/Pipelines and not sure if either can do it or what would work better. Thank you!

    Your sample shows that all the attached files are Excel spreadsheets.    Are you combining them to make one large Work Book?   Are you packaging all of them into a .zip or .tar?

    Either way the management of the documents to combine them is beyond the ability of a webhook.  I strongly suspect that Pipelines will not do this either.   You are going to need some custom scripts to extract package and then load the combined file into Quick Base.
