Webhook to add record to another app

We're  trying to add a new record from one app to another under certain conditions.
Able to achieve this using quick base actions. But in quick base actions,unable to change the record owner. 
Thus used webhooks to change the 'Record-Owner' and it works.
 
Now, trying to copy all the fields from one app to another using webhooks but unable to do this.
There's no error in the error history.

Any help appreciated.
