You should be able to access this in the Form Elements section of the Form where you want this displayed.

- QuickBaseCoachD6 years agoQrew CaptainDid you look at the form properties for that field on the form? It's a form property and not a field property.
- KristyWilliford6 years agoQrew Assistant Captaini did look at the form properties.Idid not ind an option to add a radio button
- AustinK6 years agoQrew CommanderRandom question but are you trying to do all of this in the visual builder or are you using the regular "classic" form builder? I don't think anyone asked that yet.
If you are in the "classic" form builder and your field is added to the form select it on the left side in the elements list. After selecting the field there you will see some options for it on the right hand side. Picture below showing these options and highlighting what you should be seeing. - QuickBaseCoachD6 years agoQrew CaptainKristy, sorry that we are all confusing you. Indeed you are correct. For a numeric field type when set to be a multiple choice field there is not an option to have radio buttons.
So, your two options are to not offer a radio button or else switch the field back to being a text multiple choice field. If you are then using that field in any formulas, you would need to adjust the formuals.
It is unusual to have a numeric multiple choice field, so that is what threw us off answering you more quickly.
