Zapier help! Adding a line in a child related to parent

I have a zapier Zap that sending an email with attachment to a table called "File Attachments".  This table is related to a file attachments section in the parent.  However, the related field "Job Number" will not change so that the new "File Attachment" line will show on the parent.

Can anyone help, please?
