Yes, but not with the YouTube trick. Teams recordings are saved in OneDrive or SharePoint, so the embed link comes from there.

Open the recording in Stream (or the OneDrive/SharePoint video player), choose Share, then Embed code. Copy just the src URL out of the iframe. It looks something like this:

https://yourcompany.sharepoint.com/sites/yoursite/_layouts/15/embed.aspx?UniqueId=...

Then add a widget to the dashboard that embeds a web page and paste that URL in.

The catch is permissions. The embed doesn’t share the video, so anyone viewing the dashboard needs access to the recording in Microsoft 365 and has to be signed in, otherwise they’ll see an access message instead of the video.
