Backup entire Apps in Quickbase

Dear Expert, 

Due to our business closing down, I would like to ask how to backup entire apps in QB ? 
I notice File attachments is not backup as well here. 
I would like to back up entire apps, along with those tables and possible attachments, dynamic rules and etc. 

Appreciate for you help if I can execute this backup in easy way .
