Calculating a start date based on current DOB/Age and a target date

Hello:  I need assistance in calculating a start date of an action based on current age and a target age.   
Example:

Current age is 64 (dob 2/15/1958)
Target age is 65 
what is the date that is 6 months prior to 65 for a person with dob of 2/15/1958

AdjustMonth(AdjustYear([DOB],65),-6)

You can replace the 65 with [Target Age] and -6 with -[Months Prior] as needed.
