Checkbox based on different checkbox and radio buttons

Note: Sample 1 and Sample 2 are radio buttons
         If i choose yes in sample 1 then Sample 1 Checkbox will be shown
         If i choose yes in sample 2 then Sample 2 Checkbox will be shown

Checked Cases for Total Verified
  if i click both First and Second Total Verified will be checked
  if i click one and two and yes(Sample 1) and checked Sample 1 Checkbox then Total Verified will be checked
  if i click one and two and yes(Sample 2) and checked Sample 2 Checkbox then Total Verified will be checked

Unchecked Cases for Total Verified
  if i click any of the First or Second checkbox , Total Verified will be unchecked
  if i click First or Second and yes(Sample 1)  then Total Verified will be unchecked
  if i click First or Second and yes(Sample 2) then Total Verified will be unchecked
