Hello,
I'm trying to write a formula for a field 'Request Status' whose value depends on the 'Request Flag' field of the embedded report. Can someone please tell me how I can do that. Please see the attached screenshots.
Also, if the total of the [request flag] is greater than 0 then [request status] should be green otherwise red.

+5You can create a summary field (numeric) on the parent record to total the value of the Embedded Request Flags or a summary checkbox to indicate if the embedded report contains a record with a flag that is not 0.
Then you can use that summary field in any other formula fields to format accordingly
