Contact information needed

I need a contact name and number to talk to someone to send my organization's tax exempt information.

Does anyone have a number or email I can send that to?

All contact with Quickbase is initiated via putting in a support ticket to the Care Team. The ? icon is at the top of every Quickbase screen and then click on Manage Support Cases.
