Dashboard URL to bring user to a form on another app with prepopulated field

Hi,

I copied the URL for New Activity in one app and used as a button in another app to act as a "Create New Record Button".  Question, is it possible to add a default value to the URL?  I would like the related activity code for a field to always be 7 when this URL button is selected.

    https://mycompany.quickbase.com/db/xxxxxxx?a=nwr&_fid_99=7

    Replace the 99 with the field ID# to be populated.
