Does anyone have a template or know how to Print on a dymo label maker from exact forms?

Does anyone have a template or know how to Print on a dymo label maker from exact forms?

    I know that Trinity IS, a QSP (Quick Base Solution Provider) does a lot of work with Bar Codes and probably knows how to do this.

    I'm more concerned about just being able to print a label,  I have a barcode building solution.  I'm looking for a native solution, if one exists, first.  Thanks!
