+6OMG... is there any way to get rid of the collapsable side panel for the user role EOTI?
The main problem is that it defaults in the expanded position. If the default was collapsed, not so bad. I'd rather see it disappear entirely for EOTI. This thing is such a pain for customer forms.

+24Can you try signing out and then going into the app and minimizing that side bar. There's a good chance it will stay closed for that "user". Probably an EOTI user will not bother to open it up.
+6I tried your suggestion with no luck. I sent you PM with the link of a test site and production, my other customer facing forms are doing the same.
