I just created a purchase order system in quickbase and I'm using quickbase to generate the PDF document that is sent to the vendor. To pull in the PO line items I'm using a line item table and that is added to the PDF document template with a report.

Works perfect but from a formatting perspective I changed all the fonts to 12 pt and added some color to match company branding. The challenge that I'm running into is the embedded report for the PO lines, I don't see a way to change the font or the table colors. It looks like the default is a 14pt font and it is using a grey color. I can live with the color but the font is too large. Is there anyway to control the font?

Thanks

The regular report element in document templates doesn’t let you style it, but there’s now a “Report as a customizable table” element that does.

In the template, go to Add elements, choose Report as a customizable table, pick your line items report, and choose to filter using report link settings so each PO only shows its own lines.

It drops in as a normal table with a header row and one row of field references, and that row repeats for every line item when the PDF is made. Select the table and set the font size and colors like any other text, or set the style in source mode if you want exact control.
