How to get the section header of a form using the API

I can use API_DoQuery to get the values of fields in my form but what do I use to get form information like the Section Heading?



I wish to get the value 'Visit Information' from an API.

      As far as I know, there is no API call that interacts with the UI itself. What are you trying / wanting to do?
